Winter Property Inspection Service

Peace of Mind is the primary benefit of our Winter Property Inspection Service. When your home is unoccupied, we provide you with the information you need to protect your home. Winter storms and a vacant home or condo are a dangerous combination. From December 1^st to March 31^st, we will check your property twice weekly, weekly, biweekly or monthly.

Each visit consists of a thorough on-site check of your premises for:

• Vandalism
• Plumbing & Heating Problems
• Temperature Checks
• Water Leakage Damage
• Animal Infestation
• Storm Damage

We will immediately notify you of any problems and send you a report of our findings after each visit. We will even revisit your property after an extreme storm, at no cost, to see if any exterior damage has been caused by Mother Nature.
